Renay L. Butler, PMP is a native Washingtonian and graduate of Morgan State University with a B.S. in Information Science and Systems, and a graduate of National Defense University with an M.S. in Government Information Leadership. She began her career as a Software Engineer before transitioning into management building and leading high performing teams on multi million dollar, high profile projects across both private and federal sectors.
She is the CEO of Renay Butler, Inc. providing business coaching, training, product and services development, and comprehensive solutions to start, manage, or scale your business. RB, Inc. specializes in start ups, small business, niche identification, strategic roadmaps, customer expansion, and innovation solutions.
Most recently, RB, Inc. developed training programs focused on customer service, diversity & inclusion, and corporate culture building businesses that run with intention.
Renay is also the founder and CEO of Goal Grinders Foundation,a non-profit providing mentorship and STEAM educational opportunities to teens. She is the host of "Live with Renay", a highly acclaimed life and business coaching show broadcast live on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube every Sunday at 7pm.
She co-authored Open Your G.I.F.T.S: 42 Lessons on Finding and Embracing Your Blessings in Disguise with comedian Kim Coles, and has been named one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by The Daily Record.
